They have a turnover of over $11 billion and are still growing.Due to phenomenal growth they are looking to recruit highly motivated, sales focused, commercial, operators to run various stores in the south of England.As Assistant Branch Manager you will be responsible for supporting your manager in the running of your branch through a pro-active sales approach. You will have the opportunity to manage your own team and take on duty management responsibilities of this multi-million pound branch.The ideal candidate for this role, will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, you will be self motivated with a demonstrable track record of achieving results. You will be a leader, who understands the importance of a motivated, well trained team behind you. You will have experience of running a team within a fast paced retail environment.If you are looking for the chance to make your mark and be recognised for rapid career progression in a company who can offer you the opportunity to develop your career on an international level then this could be what you are looking for. This company does not open their stores on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or Bank holidays and are closed for 10 days over Christmas.
