You will be responsible for all of the day to day running of the concession and the training and development of the team. This is very much a shop floor focused role and as a Concession Manager you will be expected to spend 95% of your week on the sales floor driving the business forward and delivering the best possible customer service.Your Profile:You will need to have the ability to drive a team, primarily dedicated to the delivery of the highest levels of customer care. Excellent training and development skills are a must as well as the ability to motivate a team. You will be an existing Assistant Manager, experienced Supervisor or Concession Manager, looking for a next step or a career with more than just excellent financial rewardsKey Responsibilities:You will be responsible for all aspects of store operation including:o The motivation of the Team to deliver the highest levelsof customer service and care on the high street.o Full P&L Accountability for the Brancho Achievement of all Sales targets and Key Performance indicators.o Merchandising of the store to company guidelines utilising all commercial knowledge to tailor the layout to your customer base.o Recruitment and selection of new staff.o Training and development of all staff, including the management of any performance issues.o Maintaining of the store to company standards of housekeeping and maintenance.
