Description:
You will act as the centre of expertise for the application of food safety principles in retail and supply chain. You will assist in the preparation of HACCP studies for existing retail and supply chain operations, You will also review and update procedures to support project work and ensure food safety requirements are incorporated, and you will be required to assess the suitability of store plans and implement the necessary controls. Ideal candidates will be degree educated with a practical understanding of product safety in a retail and/or supply chain operation. Excellent communication, ability to work on own initiative with superb attention to detail and clear evidence of identifying practical solutions is desirable.
