The company specialises in selling bespoke, end to end IT solutions across a broad client base ranging from small start-up businesses to international corporations. With your B2B sales experience, real passion for selling and a genuine interest in a specialist business sector, you’ll find this company the best place to build on your record of achievement. As a Sales consultant managing a portfolio of clients exclusively over the phone, you’ll take every opportunity to sell in additional products and services by creating a rapport with your clients, helping you to meet their needs and company targets. Responsibilities will include:Establishing a close and professional working relationship with all customers. You will gain and maintain an understanding of their particular business -tailoring your sales to provide a solution to their needs. Maintaining regular contact with each account in order to promote positive customer relationships. Monitoring and influencing the product and brand mix sold in order to maximise profit opportunities through promotion. In addition to looking after established clients, you will relish identifying and winning new business. You will be making pro-active sales calls to reactivate dormant accounts and converting these into life-long customers. Planning & account forecasting.To be successful in this exciting role you will have a proven track record in IT and/or B2B sales.
