Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced, reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operator to contribute to the process operations of the department by working within a team manufacturing pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that agreed production programmes are completed on time whilst meeting the highest standards of GMP and Health & Safety.Manufacturing Operator ~ Main duties/responsibilities:Personnel* To maintain an effective team by supporting other team members to meet team, area and departmental objectives* To assist in skill and knowledge transfer required for newly trained operators to operate the linePerformance* To operate a wide range of manufacturing equipment* To gain detailed knowledge in the operations of one manufacturing process ~ Dispensary, Coating, Granulation or Compression* To assist Technicians in their duties* To be actively involved in the technical aspects of a product changeover when requiredGood Manufacturing Practice (GMP)* To be aware of the quality checks and documentation necessary to maintain good quality product and to carry out and record these checks* To accept the security responsibilities of the operation* To ensure that the work area and machinery is maintained in a clean and tidy conditionAny Other* To carry out any other reasonable task as requested to help ensure that the production operation proceeds smoothly at all times* To carry out any other reasonable task as requested to help achieve improvements in performance, quality and safetyLocation: North CambridgeHours: Double Days (6am - 1:45pm one week, 1:45pm - 9:45pm the following) Monday - Thursday.Salary £18,840 plus shift premium (£4,185) and excellent company benefits.Apply online today or email a full and up to date CV to cambs@criterionrecruitment.co.uk.
