Initially a 12 month contract
Salary: Between £10 and £13 per hour

A position has become available for a Microbiologist to join a leading Pharmaceutical Companys Research and Development Departments based in Hertfordshire.
The successful Microbiologist will be involved in a range of activities including:
- Environmental Testing
- Water Testing
- PCR
- Raw Material Testing (challenge testing & cleaning validation/verification)
- Report generation of Microbiological results
- A range of microbiological techniques including ATP Bioluminescence, Flow Cytometry, and Impedance (microbial detection)
- Will also include some travel to other company locations
Skills for this position include:
- A degree or the equivalent in Microbiology
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Hands-on knowledge of PCR, Water Testing and Environmental Testing
