Description: This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a huge international IT company. In this position you will be responsible for end to end problem and change management, performing root cause analysis, reporting, business controls and incident management. This is a highly visible role acting as an integrator across various accounts for the company. Responsibilities - Utilise problem management tools and processes - Ensuring problems are managed/resolved in accordance with the SLAs - Undertake problem trend and root cause analysis - Understand major incident management and apply where appropriate - Utilise change management tools and processes - Day to day contact for customer and internal teams - Ensure effective communication of serious issues and account status to customers and delivery teams. - Provide input to monthly internal reporting - Undertake trend analysis - Understand delivery issues and work with the delivery teams to resolve - Maintain account process documentation - Undertake a flexible working pattern, in terms of adaptability, mobility Skills and experience - Problem management experience - Knowledge of Service Level Management - Knowledge of Lotus products is essential - Knowledge of other word processing packages and presentation software - Customer Facing skills - Effective written, verbal and active listening communication skills - Availability management - ITIL Education and root cause experience (ITIL Foundation) - Project Management methods - Project Management tools - Leadership skills - Capacity Management - Performance Management If you are interested in this position and your have the skills needed for this exciting role then apply today.
