Description:
Our client is a utilities based organisation on the St Mellons area of Cardiff and are currently seeking a number of full time and part time Customer Service Advisors for their call centre.
The role will involve handling customer enquiries to allow prompt payment in the billing department.
The roles are temporary for an initial minimum period of 6 months.
Successful applicants must have excellent, clear and concise communication skills, good negotiation and problem solving skills and enjoy a challenge.
It is essential that you are flexible in terms of hours, you must be computer literate, have excellent customer service skills and be results driven and motivated.
Hours between 8am- 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 1.30pm on Saturdays. You must be flexible between these hours and be able to work a minimum of 1 evening shift and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
Training and Development period for the first 6 weeks will be 37 hour week.
