An exciting opportunity for a Sales Invoicing Assistant has arisen for an individual to join a busy company based in Salford Quays.Applicants will need to be competent in the following areas:- Administration and input of timesheets and/ or invoices- Compilation and creation of invoices- Sage Line 50 and/or other computer systems- Working knowledge of using Excel to produce spreadsheets, data tables etc.The role will involve working as part of a small team, and the successful candidate therefore need to be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines and multi-task. There will be various office administration duties such as typing, filing and faxing on an "ad-hoc" basis as part of the role.The role is Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch. Salary on offer is £12,500 - £15,000 based on experience. Training for the successful candidates will be provided.
