Description:
As a successful Business Planning and Performance Partner you will work with Team Leaders and Managers to engage them in good business planning and performance management practice. You will mediate local prioritisation so that business plans are within cost, resource, monitored and delivered. You will provide timely and accurate information to help managers make informed decisions and help identify solutions for them that meet business needs. You will work closely with other members of your Business Planning and Performance team, both locally and nationally to help drive a culture of improved planning and performance management. You will manage the relationship between your Business Planning and Performance colleagues and the area you advise.Experience - Educated to Degree Level or with equivalent years experience in business (management) planning and performance management in either the private / public sector Professional knowledge of corporate and business planning priorities, activities, practices and procedures. Knowledge of financial, project management, health & safety and environmental planning and management systems. You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and will demonstrate the ability to develop effective working relationships with clients.
