This progressive forward thinking city firm provides an extensive range of legal advice and services to corporate, commercial and private clients, in which client cross-selling opportunities are assured. Prospective applicants must be enthusiastic, forward-thinking Solicitors with demonstrable experience in assisting the development of a similar department. Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will have a current following and will be keen to market the department to the fullest extent. Role You will be required to: * Take responsibility of the Management of the Family division * Manage your own caseload with a full range of Family law cases. * Handle files from initial instruction through to completion * Have a proactive approach to obtaining new work and promoting the services of the Dept and the firm.Candidate * A minimum of 6-7 years UK (Private Client) Family Law experience. * Some management experience is essential* Proven experience in marketing Dept services.* A current client follow is essential to hit the ground runningSalary - Up to £90,000pa + a healthy commission rate on all billings + Benefits.
