An immediate opening has arisen for an Avaya Definity Administrator. As the administrator you will be responsible for the technical support of a variety of tele-communication systems.To fulfil this role you must be experienced with:- Avaya S8700 CM 3.0- VoIP- Voice Genie IVR- Audix Voicemail System- CMS Version 11- Wordnet Voice Recorders You will be responsible for the installation of software in keeping with agreed policies and procedures manually where it is not possible to automate the installation process, add, change or remove users from the PBX service, relocate users within the buildings and patching phones/fax machines.
