-To actively prospect, qualify and follow-up potential customers in the dealership territory in order to achieve and exceed sales targets. To carry out a complete Sales Process to the highest standard to provide the customer with maximum customer satisfaction.-The Prospect Management process must be fully implemented.A data capture form must be completed for all new prospects.All follow-ups must be made and the outcome of that contact must be passed back to the Sales Manager.-To achieve the agreed vehicle sales targets.-To pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of Finance, Warranty, Insurance and Accessory sales.-To achieve the profit objectives by controlling the margin within the sales process.-To achieve the Customer Completely Satisfied objectives through the Standards of Operation as set out in the Work Instructions, and to ensure that the customer receives the highest standard of service and that each opportunity is taken to continuously improve the working methods and standards.
