This position requires the ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment, you must be able to demonstrate success in a large scale warehouse distribution centre environmentBroad ResponsibilitiesDescription: oOwn and Manage the flow of orders into the warehouse oDrive change to ensure most efficient process is in place oOwn management reporting as it relates to Order Fulfilment oBecome the expert in the new advanced warehousing system and it's ongoing application oResponsible for entire order entry/order fulfilment process and procedures oCommunicate with high-end customers in a professional, articulate manor. oCustomer Service Driven oResponsible for increasing company fill rate ratioSkill Sets:oCan demonstrate success in a large scale warehouse environment oDynamic personality oStrong Customer Service/Customer Management Experience oStrong analytical ability while focusing on things that count oOrganized with strong attention to detail oFlexible with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment oPositive attitude and a team player oSystems and IT proficient oEfficient with WMSQualifications: o Degree o Experience in specific ORDER FULFILMENT ROLE oEDI (Electronic Data Input) experience strongly preferred oExcellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
