The organisation has achieved enormous growth since diversifying and providing a much broader range of services including passenger transfer at London's major airports, London bus operation and bailiff enforcement.We are currently looking to recruit and HR Business Partner for our Contrcats in the Midlands, The North of England , Scotland and Northern Ireland.Ideally based in the North West or the Midlands you will have a head count of 800 colleagues and 2 direct reports. Your role is to provide advice and guidance to key contacts on HR issues and best practice.Key Accountabilities PeopleEnsure consistency and best practice throughout the businessShare knowledge and ideas throughout the teamEnsure equality and diversity is followedDelivery of HR workshopsEnsure Performance Management reviews are conducted down to Supervisory/Team Leader level Customers/ClientsProvide advice and guidance on investigation, disciplinary, grievance and appeal issuesAttend disciplinaries of a more complex natureAttend grievance meetingsCoach and train Managers on company HR policy, procedures and Employment LawPrepare, co-ordinate and oversee Tribunal claimsCompletion of HR/Site VisitsBuild relationship/raise HR profile with key internal and external customers and clientsProvide statistical analysisProcessesManage TUPE process, ensuring compliance with regulationsOversee redundancies and restructures, ensuring management follow our correct process with employees Co-ordinate and facilitate the Employee Consultation CommitteeAbsence Management, including Long and Short Term Sickness, AWOL and Family FinancialCommunicate overpayments to Regional Managers to reduce costs.Negotiate/obtain best cost effective systems for recruiting and selecting staffTake a proactive approach to implement HR processes,reducing LTS, STS, Labour turnover, tribunal costs etcKey Result AreasExpected DeliverablesImprove employee relations across the businessEnhance understanding and compliance of HR processesImprove quality and content of personnel filesIncrease the quality of the recruitment procedureKPIsReduce labour turnoverReduce absenceReduce tribunalsCompletion of Performance ReviewsTechnical SkillsFully computer literateExperienceA minimum of 3 years generalist human resources experience at advisory/officer level in a face paced environmentQualificationsCIPD – at least part qualifiedKnowledgeGood working knowledge of Employment LegislationIf you are interested in working for NCP Services Ltd please visit our website: www.ncpservices.co.uk
