Duties will include managing the firms stationery budget and overseeing stock control, logging and authorising all invoices, Assisting with recruitment selection of new team members, monitoring the performance of the team as well as 6 monthly performance reviews and annual appraisals. Working closely with the floor support manager, logistics & floor support co-ordinators and team leaders, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as proven experience in a similar environment.
