Description:
To provide general assistance to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager in the operation of all transport requirements. To ensure the smooth running of the transport tasks are completed with optimum speed and cost. To ensure all orders and deliveries are correct and accurate. To have a full understanding of the needs and systems of the transport department and to act as Deputy in the event of the other site Managers not being available. Responsible for the day to day running of the transport, ensuring that all functions and reporting are kept up to date and accurate.
