Ideal opportunity for an individual who wishes to join one of the fastest growing logistics companies in the UK. You will be responsible for the management of a small team of highly motivated skilled customer services executives who are currently providing exceptional service to both major brand national customers and local single site operations. You will be able to manage and review and report the department’s performance and motivate the existing team. You will be able to communicate well with colleagues and customers and above all be a team player with exceptional customer skills. The company offers a fun environment where ambition and dedication are recognised and rewarded. You will need to demonstrate computer literacy and a track record of achievement in this field. Competitive salary of £18k, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.
